Should I Drive or Fly to the Walt Disney World Resort?

It’s one of those big questions that comes up once in a while on Disney-related forums, and it’s one that has to be answered before every new trip: How are we going to get there? We’ve done both, and I’ll tell you which one I prefer, but first I’ll lay out a list of pros and cons to each. Before we begin, I should let you know that we live in Illinois, about 1200 miles from the Magic Kingdom. If you live closer, or father away, this list might look different for you. My dog couldn’t handle walking down Main Street USA! What are your memories of the horses on Main Street USA?   Pin It

I love across a corn field from our regional airport, and I’ll admit . . . I really don’t mind. I love hearing the airplanes take off, and watching them land. There’s something magical about that. It makes me daydream about where those people are traveling to, and what adventures await them. And of course, it makes me wish I was on those planes headed straight for Disney! Pin It
