We have a tradition that when we celebrate holidays at home, each member of the family chooses a dish for the meal. I got to choose our dessert for Easter (well….one of them anyway. It’s just not worth arguing with a kid who insists that we must have carrot cake for the Easter Bunny. And I like carrot cake so it’s all good). Of course, I pulled the Delicious Disney cookbook off the shelves! My choice for Easter dessert this time around is the Artists Point Berry Cobbler. I love the contrast of sweet-tart berries and the savory crust!
